The general terms and conditions give you an overview of our services on BD WEB SHOP.se. Our offers are aimed exclusively at consumers making purchases for private purposes. We offer you a personalized shopping and service experience for BD WEB SHOP items, BD WEB SHOP partner items and BD WEB SHOP pre-owned items. BD WEB SHOP partner items are labeled as such and come from commercial retailers, while BD WEB SHOP pre-owned items are used items and are also labeled as such.
1. Conclusion of contract:
By placing an order on the BD WEB SHOP website, you declare that you are acting exclusively for private purposes. Your contractual partner is either BD WEB SHOP SE or the respective BD WEB SHOP partner depending on the type of products you order. The contract shall take effect when you click on the purchase button and receive the order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders generated by automated programs or third-party services.
2. Prices, shipping costs and delivery conditions:
Prices indicated at the time of the order are final prices and include the applicable VAT. BD WEB SHOP partners shall bear the shipping costs, unless specific shipping methods, which are specified in the order are used (for example express delivery). Additional shipping costs may be incurred for orders below the minimum order value. You will be informed of the amount before placing the order and you will receive further information on this in the detailed general terms and conditions.
3. Various payment methods:
Various payment options are offered, for example advance payment, credit card, invoice or PayPal. The actual payment methods available at the specific time of ordering may vary and you will be informed of the specific payment methods offered before placing the order.
4. Using vouchers:
Promotional vouchers that are issued as part of advertising campaigns or gift vouchers that are purchased can also be redeemed during the order process. The respective voucher conditions shall apply.
5. Right of withdrawal:
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. This means that you can withdraw from this online contract within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods without giving reasons by 1) informing us (e.g. by email or post) that you no longer want to be bound by the contract and 2) returning your order to us or our partner. All other information concerning your right of withdrawal can be found in the general terms and conditions.
6. Voluntary right of return:
We offer you a voluntary additional right of return, which we grant you voluntarily and independently of the (7) seven-day right of withdrawal. Any refunds will be made automatically using the same payment method that you used when you made the original payment.

Reporting and complaints procedure; out-of-court dispute resolution
On our website, we provide you with the opportunity to report products or other content that you believe fail to comply with prevailing laws or our terms of use (reporting). We will check these reports and inform you of the outcome. Should we decide not to take any action, you shall have the opportunity to submit this decision for review (complaint). Furthermore, you have the option of pursuing an out-of-court dispute resolution, as well as ordinary legal recourse.
In the event of any instance of misuse, we shall temporarily (or permanently) suspend the processing of reports and complaints. The term “misuse” shall apply if you frequently submit reports or complaints that are clearly unfounded. We shall consider all facts and circumstances available to us when assessing instances of abuse, and when deciding as to whether and, if so, for how long, to suspend the processing of reports and complaints. This shall comprise the absolute number of clearly unfounded reports or complaints, the relative proportion of unfounded reports and complaints in total, the severity of the instance of misuse and – if ascertainable – the intentions being pursued by the reporting party.
Before suspending the processing of reports and complaints, we shall issue a warning. We shall also inform you about the duration of any possible suspension.

We would like to familiarize you below with our general terms and conditions, which apply to all goods and services provided on bdwebshop.com.
On www.bdwebshop.com we offer you a personalized shopping and service experience, tailored to your interests and needs.
On www.bdwebshop.com we offer BD WEB SHOP products, products from BD WEB SHOP partners (“Partner Products”), and BD WEB SHOP pre-owned products for sale.
BD WEB SHOP products are products that we offer for sale on www.bdwebshop.com which are not explicitly identified as Partner Products.
BD WEB SHOP pre-owned products are products that we offer on www.bdwebshop.com, and which are labelled as “pre-owned”.
BD WEB SHOP products, Partner Products and pre-owned products are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Products”.

BD WEB SHOP and each applicable BD WEB SHOP Partner are hereinafter collectively referred to as “we”.
2. GENERAL
- 2.1 By placing an order you confirm that you act for private purposes only.
- 2.2 These Terms are applicable to all orders made by the customer (the “Customer” or “you”) on www.bdwebshop.com. We only conclude contracts in Swedish for orders made on www.bdwebshop.com.
- 2.3 By placing an order of BD WEB SHOP products and BD WEB SHOP Pre-owned products, you enter into a contract with BD WEB SHOP. If you order products from a BD WEB SHOP Partner, you have the option, depending on the product, to either enter into a contract with each respective BD WEB SHOP partner or with BD WEB SHOP and the applicable BD WEB SHOP partner jointly (joint seller). Information about the applicable contractual relationship is displayed on every product detail page.
- 2.4 By placing an order, you declare that you (a) are at least 18 years of age and not under guardianship; and (b) reside in Sweden.
- 2.5 We only deliver within Sweden.2.6 BD WEB SHOP reserves the right to at any time, and without notice, amend these Terms. The Terms available on www.bdwebshop.com at the time of your order will apply to your order of Products. If the Terms are amended after you have placed your order, the Terms that were available at the time of your order will be applied to all matters regarding your order, including any return processes.
3. ORDER AND FORMATION OF CONTRACT REGARDING PRODUCTS
- 3.1 By clicking “Buy now”, you place a binding order which includes the Products in your shopping cart. Once you have submitted your order, we will immediately send you an email confirmation of your order. A binding contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation from us. Please note that items ordered by advance payment will be reserved on your behalf as soon as we receive payment of the full purchase price and any shipping costs. We therefore kindly ask you to pay in full immediately after receiving the order confirmation, and at the latest within seven (7) days. You agree to the assignment of the seller’s claims for payment of the purchase price to third parties, in particular to Exceed Transport AB..
- 3.2 We reserve the right not to accept an order or to cancel the order if the order is placed by the use of software, robots, crawlers, spiders, any automated system or scripted behavior, or any use of third party services used to place an order on your behalf.
4. PRICES, SHIPPING COSTS AND EXPRESS DELIVERY
- 4.1 The prices which are shown at the time of your order are the prices that apply to your purchase. The prices are stated in Swedish krona (SEK), and include value added tax (VAT). The product remains the property of BD WEB SHOP or of the relevant BD WEB SHOP partner until the purchase price has been paid in full.
- 4.2 For orders of at least three hundred and ninety-nine (699) SEK, delivery to a postal agent is included free of charge. If you choose home delivery, the delivery cost is forty-nine (49) SEK. For orders below three hundred and ninety-nine (699) SEK, delivery to a postal agent costs forty-nine (89) SEK and home delivery costs eighty-nine (129) SEK. The delivery cost will be clearly presented in the order process by informing you of the total amount to be paid for your order (including any delivery costs) under “total amount” before your order becomes binding for the Products you have placed in the shopping cart. For express deliveries, section 4.4 applies.
- 4.3 Depending on where your item is being shipped from, long-distance delivery fees of thirty-nine (39) SEK, including VAT, may apply. We will inform you before your order is placed if long-distance delivery fees apply for the selected product. Long-distance delivery costs are incurred and paid to BD WEB SHOP. If you decide to return a Product for which long-distance delivery fees have been charged, we will refund the long-distance delivery fees if the full order is returned. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
- 4.4 Express delivery is available for certain orders of BD WEB SHOP products. You will be informed before your order is placed if express delivery is available for your order. The shipping cost for express delivery is ninety-nine (99) SEK per order.
5. PAYMENT
- 5.1 BD WEB SHOP SE accepts the following payment methods: prepayment, debit- or credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express). We reserve the right not to accept certain payment methods for a given order and to refer to other payment methods. Please note that we only accept payments from accounts within the European Union (“EU”). You are responsible for any costs associated with your bank transactions.
- 5.2 Payment by invoice shall be made within thirty (30) days from the day we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to charge a reminder fee of sixty (60) SEK per payment reminder for delayed or missing payments. In the case of delayed or missing payment, the first payment reminder will be sent thirty (30) days after you have received the delivery confirmation for your order, which is sent when we dispatch your order. Subsequent payment reminders, if any, will be sent at ten (10) day intervals, counted from the date of the first payment reminder. You have the right to submit evidence showing that the cost of actual damage for the delayed payment is lower than the reminder fee or that no damage has occurred at all.
- 5.3 By accepting these Terms, you are deemed to have consented to receiving any invoices or credit invoices in electronic form only.
6. ORDINARY DELIVERY AND EXPRESS DELIVERY
- 6.1 We are only obligated to deliver Products which are available in our warehouse, including goods that are expected to arrive based on orders from our suppliers. When ordering Partner Products, “our warehouse” includes both BD WEB SHOP’s warehouse and the respective BD WEB SHOP partner’s warehouse. Until the Products have been dispatched from BD WEB SHOP’s warehouse, BD WEB SHOP reserves the right to not deliver the Products if the Products are no longer in stock. If a product is not in stock, we will contact you and promptly refund any amount paid. Furthermore, we are not obligated to source ordered Products from any other source (procurement risk). This also applies to orders of generic goods (meaning goods that are only indicated by type of good and general characteristics).
- 6.2 Products purchased on www.bdwebshop.com are only delivered to delivery addresses in Sweden. When delivery times are specified in business days, business days shall mean all days from Monday to Friday, excluding Midsummer, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and national holidays in Sweden and/or Germany (i.e., so-called public holidays).
- 6.3 We will deliver your Products to the delivery address that you provided in your order. When you place your order, you will see the estimated delivery time. The delivery time will be updated when we send the order confirmation to your email address.
- 6.4 If you choose ordinary delivery of your order, our aim is to deliver your order within two (2) to five (5) working days after you place the order.
- 6.5 Initially, we do not offer express delivery. If we offer and If you choose express delivery, your order will be delivered within two (2) working days at the latest. If the BD WEB SHOP products are not delivered within two (2) working days, we will of course refund the delivery cost of the express delivery.
7. TERMS FOR DISCOUNT OFFERS
- 7.1 Discount offers are offers that cannot be purchased, but are offered as part of BD WEB SHOP’s marketing, and are only valid for a limited time.
- 7.2 Discount offers can only be used once (1) per order and only within the validity period of the relevant discount offer. Certain brands or Products may be excluded from the offer, which means that the discount offer cannot be used for the purchase of these brands or Products. Discount offers may not be used to purchase gift cards. Please note that your order may need to meet a minimum order value to benefit from certain discount offers.
- 7.3 The total order value of the Products must be equal to or exceed the value of the discount offer. If the total order value exceeds the value of the discount offer, you can pay the excess value through one of the payment options offered; please see section 5.1. It is not possible to redeem discount offers for cash, and discount offers do not accrue interest. The value of a discount offer will not be refunded if you exercise your right of withdrawal for your full order, or parts of your order, but we will refund the amount you may have paid for the returned Products. The refund will therefore only relate to the amount you have paid for the Product after the discount offer has been redeemed.
- 7.4 You can only use the discount offers before the order process is completed. This means that it is not possible to use discount offers retroactively. Discount offers are personal and may not be transferred to third parties. Unless otherwise stated, discount offers cannot be combined with other offers.
- 7.5 If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal for one or more Products, for an order where you have used a discount offer, and this results in the total order value being less than or equal to the value of the discount offer, we reserve the right to charge you the regular price for the Products that you keep (depending on the terms of the relevant discount offer).
8. GIFT CARDS AND THEIR REDEMPTION
- 8.1 BD WEB SHOP gift cards are issued by BD WEB SHOP. BD WEB SHOP Gift Cards are not electronic money.
- BD WEB SHOP gift cards are not electronic money, but non-regulated stored value. This means that BD WEB SHOP gift cards are not supervised by the competent supervisory authority; the statutory protection for e-money does not apply. You do not have a right to request redemption in cash.
- 8.2 BD WEB SHOP gift cards can be redeemed at www.bdwebshop.com and in the BD WEB SHOP app for the purchase of eligible products offered by BD WEB SHOP or other sellers (BD WEB SHOP partners). Eligible goods and services are products for personal appearance (e.g., clothes and shoes). A BD Web Shop gift card cannot be used to purchase another BD WEB SHOP gift card.
- 8.3 BD WEB SHOP Gift Cards are valid for a limited period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. Cash redemption or refunds in case of loss or damage are not allowed.
- 8.4 BD WEB SHOP gift cards have a limited maximum value of 2 250 SEK per BD WEB SHOP gift card and a maximum value of 2 250 SEK BD WEB SHOP gift card per purchase. It is possible to use multiple BD WEB SHOP gift cards per purchase up to a maximum amount of 2 250 SEK. A remaining amount on your BD WEB SHOP gift cards can be used for future purchases. The maximum value of gift cards that can be used per calendar month is limited to €5 000. The maximum value of gift cards that can be linked to your customer account per calendar month is limited to €5 000.
- 8.5 BD WEB SHOP gift cards are usually activated within 24 hours of purchase.
- 8.6 BD WEB SHOP gift cards can only be used before ordering, not retroactively.
- 8.7 If you cancel your order or return products for which you have redeemed a BD WEB SHOP gift card, the amount paid will be refunded to your BD WEB SHOP gift card and will be available for future purchases. If you return products that you have partially paid with a BD WEB SHOP gift card, the purchase price of retained eligible goods that have been eligible for purchase via BD WEB SHOP gift card will be paid first by redeeming the BD WEB SHOP gift card, and any remaining refund amount, if applicable, will be refunded to the other payment method used.
9. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
- 9.1 When you shop at www.bdwebshop.com, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase.
- 9.2 If you wish to return a Product, you can either use the return slip provided with your order, or print a return slip via your user account at www.bdwebshop.com. If you have any questions about the return process, do not have access to a printer, or for any other reason experience difficulties downloading the return label or if you need a new one, please contact our customer service (see contact details in section 14 below).
- 9.3 If you wish to return Partner Products, you can, in addition to the options set out in section 9.2, use the return form provided by the respective BD WEB SHOP partner, which is also included in your order. The contact details can also be found on each product detail page, by clicking on the BD WEB SHOP partner’s name and scrolling down to the withdrawal information in the pop-up window displayed on the page. You can also find the contact details of the relevant BD WEB SHOP partner in the PDF “Information on the exercise of the right of withdrawal” which is attached to your order confirmation.
Your right of withdrawal
- 9.4 You are entitled to exercise your right of withdrawal towards BD WEB SHOP SE and, where applicable, the relevant BD WEB SHOP partner, and return your order without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days. The withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days runs from the day on which you, or a third party acting on your behalf (although not the carrier), received the last product in the order.
- 9.5 If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear written notice stating this to us using the following address: BD WEB SHOP SE, Valeska-Gert-Straße 5, 10243 Berlin, Germany (fax: +49 (0)30 2759 46 93, telephone: +46-(0)20 79 40 46, e-mail: angerratt@bdwebshop.com). If you wish to return Partner products, you can also (although you are not required to), notify the relevant BD WEB SHOP partner as specified in section 9.3. You can, but are not required to, use the withdrawal form below.
- 9.6 You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by using the standard form available on the Swedish Consumer Agency’s website (www.konsumentverket.se) and send it to us (e.g. by post or e-mail).
Implications of the right of withdrawal
- 9.7 If you exercise your right of withdrawal towards BD WEB SHOP SE and, where applicable, the relevant BD WEB SHOP partner, we will refund the payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (apart from increased delivery costs because of you choosing a delivery option other than the lowest price standard option we offer for the delivery in question). The refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which we, or the BD WEB SHOP partner, received notification of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method for the refund as the payment method you used when you made the order, unless we expressly agree otherwise. Our execution of the refund will not entail any additional costs for you. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the products from you or until you have provided evidence that you have returned them.
- 9.8 If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day you notified us of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, return all products for which you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return Partner products, you can also return the products to the relevant BD WEB SHOP partner under the conditions set out in this section 9.8 and section 9.3.
- 9.9 The above means that you fulfil the requirements of section 9.8 if you return the Products before the expiry of the fourteen (14) day period. We will bear the cost of the return, provided that you use the enclosed return label for deliveries within Sweden or the return label provided by the relevant BD WEB SHOP partner. If such return note is not used, you have to pay the return costs yourself. A prerequisite for a full refund is that the Products are returned in the same condition as they were in when you received the order. In case of a decrease in value due to your handling of the Products, you are obliged to bear the cost for such decrease.

10. POSSIBILITY TO RETURN PRODUCTS FOR UP TO 15 DAYS FROM RECEIPT
- 10.1 Without it affecting your statutory rights under Section 9, we offer you the opportunity to return Products within fifteen (15) days of you receiving them.
- 10.2 If you want to use the enclosed return slip to return your products, please see Section 9.2 or section 9.3, as applicable.
- 10.3 Your Products are deemed to be returned in accordance with this section 10 if you send the products to us within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you, or a third party acting on your behalf (although not the carrier), received the last Product in the order.
- 10.4 You have the same right to try the Products as you would have in a traditional shop. However, the conditions set out in section 10.3 are only considered fulfilled if you return the Products in their original condition, undamaged and intact, and in their original packaging. For the return of Products which are sealed for health or hygiene reasons, it is required that the seal has not been broken. If the Products are not returned in the condition described in this section 10.4, we have the right to refuse your return or reduce the amount we have to refund to you. If you have chosen to pay by invoice, we are entitled to charge you for the reduction in value.
- 10.5 For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions in this Section 10 do not limit your statutory rights described in Section 9. This means that your statutory right of withdrawal will only apply until the expiry of the time limit set out in Section 9.4. Furthermore, this section does not limit statutory guarantees. The possibility to return Products under this Section 10 does not apply to the purchase of gift cards.
11. COMPLAINTS
- 11.1 You always have the right to complain about defective Products within three (3) days from your receipt of the Products, provided that you notify us of the defect within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect. If you want to claim a defective Partner Product, you can also (although you are not obliged to) direct the complaint to the relevant BD WEB SHOP partner. Complaints made within two (2) weeks from the discovery of the defect are always considered to have been made within a reasonable time.
- 11.2 If the Products you have returned are found to be defective, BD WEB SHOP will make a full refund corresponding to your purchase price for the Products, including any delivery costs. In order for a Product to be considered defective, the defect must have arisen before the time of sale. If you make a complaint about a defective Product within two (2) days from the date of sale, the defect will be considered to have arisen before the date of sale, unless proven otherwise by BD WEB SHOP or, where applicable, the relevant BD WEB SHOP partner. However, if the complaint is made more than 2 (2) weeks after the date of sale, you are obliged to submit evidence showing that the defect occurred before the date of sale. If you wish to make a complaint, you can contact us at BD WEB SHOP support, If the order relates to Partner Products you may also (although you are not required to), contact the relevant BD WEB SHOP partner in accordance with section 9.3 above.
12. REFUNDS
Refunds are made automatically using the same payment method that you used to pay for the Products. If the payment was made by invoice or prepayment, the refund will be made to the account from which the payment was made. If necessary, we may need to ask you for your account details. If you paid via Paypal or by credit or debit card, the refund will be made to your Paypal account or credit or debit card respectively. If you used a gift card to pay for your Products, the refund of the relevant amount will be made to your gift card account.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights of BD WEB SHOP, its group companies and/or its licensors, including but not limited to trademarks and copyright works reproduced on www.bdwebshop.com, belong to BD WEB SHOP, its group companies and/or its licensors who retain all rights thereto. This means that any use of www.bdwebshop.com or its content that constitutes exploitation requires the prior written authorization of BD WEB SHOP. The foregoing shall not apply to use which falls within a Customer’s actions related to orders, administration, or use of services related to the Customer’s purchase of BD WEB SHOP products. For the avoidance of doubt, this means that any copying or storage of content from www.bdwebshop.com, in whole or in part, for purposes other than a Customer’s private, non-commercial use, requires prior written consent from BD WEB SHOP. This restriction includes, but is not limited to, trademarks, company names, product names, images etc.

15. Miscellaneous
- 15.1 These Terms and your agreement with BD WEB SHOP do not exclude BD WEB SHOP SE from any obligations, or limit BD WEB SHOPs liability, under applicable consumer protection legislation.
- 15.2 Condition of the Product in case of BD WEB SHOP pre-owned products: Since BD WEB SHOP pre-owned products are second-hand products, signs of use do not mean that the Product is defective or faulty. Such signs of use are to be expected given the fact that these products are already used. For common signs of use, or signs of previous ownership that are obvious based on the description of the Product, no right of complaint or warranty applies.
- 15.3 Should any provision of these Terms, or part thereof, be found to be invalid, this shall not affect the validity or interpretation of other provisions of these Terms, unless BD WEB SHOP or the Customer’s obligations, in case of exclusion of such provisions, would be considered unduly burdensome.
- 15.4 To be able to make use the offers available on www.bdwebshop.com, you have to be at least 18 years old.
- 15.5 Each customer is only entitled to maintain one BD WEB SHOP customer account at the same time. We reserve the right to delete multiple registrations.
- 15.6 These General Conditions are available at www.bdwebshop.com. You can also print or save these General Conditions by using the usual commands in your browser (usually File -> Save as). You can also download and save this document in PDF format by clicking here. - 15.7 You can also save your order information by either downloading these Terms and using the usual commands in your browser to save the order information displayed on the last page of the order process at www.bdwebshop.com, or by waiting for the automatic order confirmation that we send to the e-mail address you provided when you made your order. The order confirmation contains your order details and a link to our Terms, and can easily be saved or printed out.
- 15.8 To facilitate your search, our recommendation system shows you articles that we think you will like. To provide the most appropriate recommendations, we use different parameters. The main parameters include, e.g., country, article information, choice of filters and sorting such as favourite sizes, and the popularity of the articles as well as preferences, purchases and browsing activities. The parameters that significantly influence the display of products are 1. popularity, 2. the time of the item’s introduction, 3. current sales promotions, and 4. the price. The respective parameters of an individual recommendation system are accessible via the “info-i” symbol on the recommendation system, for example on the catalogue page. - 16.1 As a consumer, if you have a complaint about a purchase which cannot be resolved through direct contact with BD WEB SHOP, you have the right to turn to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body for an amicable settlement. Using an ADR entity is generally cheaper, less formal and faster than going to court. You can only use this option if you are a resident in the EU and the other party is established in the EU. You can either use the online complaints platform available on the European Commission’s website, www.ec.europa.eu/odr, or go directly to the General Complaints Board via www.arn.se. The National Board for Consumer Complaints is an approved board for alternative dispute resolution under Directive 2013/11/EU on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes.
17. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and the agreement between you and BD WEB SHOP, and where applicable the relevant BD WEB SHOP partner, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be settled by a general court in Sweden.
